I'm very sorry we cannot make Vegas World (or any of our games) run better for an individual than it does already. There are no serious problems on our end. Due to the pandemic, internet connection speeds aren't as reliable as normal, and it is fair to say Vegas World doesn't handle that as well as simpler games and sites.
If you're only having problems intermittently, it's likely a temporary problem with your connection to Vegas World, often referred to as lag. Lag can cause problems for an individual or region, often for several hours but seldom for longer than that. If you have regular problems keeping Vegas World running that have lasted for days, or weeks or more, then it's probably something more serious. See below:
Vegas World makes extensive use of your browser features and computer hardware meaning performance can vary widely from system to system depending on the combination of hardware and software you have. Changing browsers will have the most direct effect on the game's performance, and browsers that run Zone Casino well on one computer may not be the best choice on another. If you play on MS Edge or Explorer, we recommend Google Chrome (free at www.chrome.com). If it's Chrome that's not working for you, we recommend Firefox (free at www.firefox.com).
Frequent loss of connection is certainly one of the most frustrating problems players have. It's frustrating for us as well because it's not a problem we can normally address on our end. The best we can do is provide some general suggestions:

Make sure you are running the most up-to-date version of your browser (MS Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari.)

Frequent crashes/disconnects are possibly a memory issue. Regular problems with Bingo and during crowded Charm Parties may indicate you have a shortage of memory as those two features are among the most memory intensive in Vegas World. Try closing all other apps, browser windows, programs and anything else you can think of.

Refresh (sign out and back in again) regularly. If the game crashes consistently after a couple of hours, refresh hourly.

Make sure no other browsers or browser tabs are open. Google Chrome, in particular, uses a lot of memory with each open tab.

Make sure WiFi is working correctly and is adequate. We've had players report fixing problems with their WiFi router solved their Vegas World connection issues.

Make sure internet bandwidth is available. Avoid using services like Netflix and things like file sharing during Vegas World sessions to avoid problems.
Important: If you have regular connection problems, we recommend you select what Vegas World games you want to play with that in mind.
Vegas World slot games are built from the ground up to handle losses of connection. If you lose connection during slot play, the results of your last successful wager (where Coins were taken) will be added to your total when you get back into your account. If you Coin total didn't go up, that just means that last wager wasn't a winner.

For the last 2 weeks my level up status has not moved at all and my coin rewards have not went up. I've played every day. Something is not right.

I keep getting bumped, and usually when i am within one or two moves of winning at solitaire.
Just now I was getting ready to move the last card to win, and it 'lost connection' yesterday it was when I first started the game and lost my entire bet.

There is nothing for us to look into. We have nothing to do with anyone's connection to our site. If you're losing connection more than you used to, that indicates your internet is not as reliably as it used to be, and that's VERY common as the virus has increased internet usage to the point where it's causing problems for a lot of people, not just VW players.
The primary things that impact how the game runs on a particular system are :
Video Card - Your system's video card set-up determines how well animations and special effects can be displayed on your screen. If your video card isn't doing what VW requires the game may run slowly, animations may be choppy or stop altogether, and in some case the game will fail entirely. How well the game animates a room full of avatars throwing Charms all at the same time has a lot to do with your system's video set-up.
Memory - Different VW features require different amounts of memory, so if the game is failing at a particular point regularly, that points to a memory problem. Memory problems tend to result in the game suddenly failing unexpectedly or rooms closing and booting you to another location. If your system normally has enough memory to run the game, but has started having problems, restarting your entire computer/device will typically clear out memory and get things working again.
Internet connection speed/reliability - With the virus keeping so many people at home and on the internet, many players are having problems that didn't before. Internet problems are typically intermittent, will tend to cause problems between games/rooms while things are trying to load. Unless changing your internet service provider is an option (and we assume it's not) here's nothing to be done about internet issues but waiting for them to clear up on their own, and they normally do.

okay so I lost over 7500 gems my vip statics over like 175 mill in coins and no where to get help and if you do manage to find someone they will do everything to try and worm there way out of giving you what you payed for and that is why I'm going to make a YouTube Video about the way this sight scams people out of money

Disconnected often. Love playing but it is very frustrating.
I have tried that Mrs Magic and everything else that was suggested to do....close all tabs, refresh often, switched from chrome browser to firefox...still keeps happening. Never had this problem before and I cant believe all these complaints...not just me. Just about ready to step away and play elsewhere. Thanks for advice tho just wish VW would address the issue a little better... :)
Ce site est totalement nul et complètement truqué. Avec les incessanttes pertes de connexion (erreurs code 300 ou autres stupidités!),involontaires soi -disant de la part du site mais aussi vraiment volontaires, tout est fait pour que le site se débarrasse des clients qui gagnent trop et trop souvent!, surtotut aux jeux de slots Ils ne reconnaissent jamais leurs innombrables erreurs ou bugs et donc ne remboursent rien sous une forme ou sous une autre! C’est une véritable arnaque à grande échelle qu’il nous faut tous, j’en ai les preuves que je ne manquerai pas de publier et donc de porter à l’attention de tous. y compris à celle de la répression des fraudes.

In addition to Disconnects with Error Code 300, the game sounds are often lost. What gives Vegas World??? As a long standing PAYING customer this really bites my enjoyment!!! All my gear and system works are up to date. PLEASE check your own system updates. PLEASE!!!

I have never had this issue before and now it's happening 3-4 times a day. Very very frustrating. Please look into it more VW!
