I am not receiving my monthly VIP charm and today's Halloween charm

I am not able to access my charms and the way I try to do has not worked this month

  I didn't get my charm, either.  I still have one from last year, so I know what it looks like!

  Same thing here!  I never used mine from last year, and I still have only one in my Charms.  ????

  VIP and the Halloween Charms will be placed directly in your Charm Manager.
