Update Hangouts

Why doesn't VW  update the hangouts, dc, sw, pool , they have looked the same for pretty 10 years , it is old and drabby looking now

  is it possible to add a park to the hangouts? maybe with an arboretum? or a flower garden for weddings and photos? maybe there could be a choice of a season.
