I am trying to get the free gems, it says it gave them but did not. Can you help me? It never gave any from the day i joined.I watched the videos. IT said i got gems in the e mail but never shows up , it stays at 0 gems.

  try contacting the I.T from where you watched the vids.

  I contacted trailpay before and they fixed it.

  @ Sherman : click where it says 0 gems, then free gems and do one of the surveys 

  I prefer by trialpay.

  what happened, to my over 500 gems, it showed that i had them last night, and today, only 10. please give them back to me, or let me know what happened?
