At some point playing the NEW version of TX Hold em, my head disappeared, and all you could see was my hair and a neck stump. Pretty horrific - check out the pictures.
Which brings me to another problem. There's no place in the new "Looks" page to change your head. There's enough room on the page to add it, but it never got finished. I had to go back to the OLD version, where there was no head selected, and re-select my head before returning to the NEW version.
Please, if you can't find the bug which causes our heads to disappear, at least add the option to change heads on the NEW Looks page. Thank you.

That means the game is unable to find the graphics for that portion of your avatar. The problem is typically temporary but in some cases can last for hours or even days. Generally making a change to your appearance will fix the problem, but it does not, we have no other solution beyond waiting for the game to update it on its own.

I got just the same problem and it's going on for some time, i am really not amused by this.
Also i don't see my chat bubbles.
I did submit a ticket twice but no change.
