head and face

18 days after i've submitted a ticket, i still don't have a face/head, in another post Adam said it's something about the system having to update itself ...

I tried 3 different browsers and it didn't change...

This can't be right.

I did submit another ticket but i think it's getting out of hand and i am getting annoyed.

  The new Vegas World keeps making people lose face. While in the new VW go to looks and select your face shape again. That should fix the problem and allow you to (save face). You may need to do it more than once. I hope it works for you.
