I can't get into any of the slot rooms.  It says to reload.  Reload doesn't work and this is the second day it is doing this.

HELP!

  If you having a problem, please submit a request. This forum is used by the players and VW does not read this forum. To submit a request for help. look at the top right of this page and you should see the "Submit a request" box. I hope this helps.

  Is anyone having problems in the "New VW" site?  I find when I play Silver Screen Bingo and want to to change my bet from 25,000 to 125,000 I go back to Menu, change my bet size in the drop down menu, but it doesn't load I have reported this on a number of occasions but nothing happens, they just say they will try and sort it out.
