You send an email to support@vegasworld.com. They only respond to requests there. This is just a player discussion area.

I'll repeat my answer above, since none of you seem to read prior posts.

Does anyone know why the green 0 on the roulette wheel flashes now? It never stops flashing. Is there a way to stop it? Thank  you

ok ev1 relax.. hers what  to do... go into your subscription page and REMOVE YOURCHARGE CARD NUMBER... then get onto the chat screen and chat with a rep. tell them to REMOVE YOUR CC# AND NOT CHARGE YOU ANY MORE. if you plan on never playing again, tell the rep to remove your name and password.

that's all you need to do.. talking directly to the rep on the chat screen will do it...

I don't know why anyone would ever want their acct deleted. Simple solution do not put your fingers to the keyboard of your computer. If you don't sign in your not on VW anymore. But let's say in a year or two you get over whatever has encouraged you to leave.  Since your acct isn't deleted you just sign in again and see that you are still earning your monthly awards. Of course you would lose your sign in days but once you delete it is almost impossible to get that account back.  Just don't sign in. But make sure you stop the monthly charges if you are on a monthly payment for VIP or Elite unless you want to collect the gems associated with these accounts.  Don't delete your account. See up above a kind soul has given you full instructions. But don't delete your account you can still have it under a tourist.  So in my opinion deleting an account is not the smartest move unless your Gamblers addiction sponsor has requested you do this. Then if following their instructions is imperative for healing from a gambling problem you must understand that the instructions given you in this forum of how to delete your account should be the utmost important move you could make RIGHT NOW.  Then remember to introduce yourself hi my name is __________  and I am addicted to gambling on a site that has no real money won.  That is the 1st step to healing. #2 admit you are powerless from playing games. #3 Agree you need a power greater than yourself to stop the insanity. Insanity defined is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. #4 start making a list of all the people you have hurt and all those that have hurt you. #6 it's time to forgive yourself and others unconditionally. #7 Pray #8 continue with #1-8 each day till you like yourself again. #9 must not be that important because I don't know what it is I am sure your sponsor for computer games can help with this.  #10 do a daily inventory then make amends right away. #11 this is your daily spiritual life with your higher power and #12 intensively help another person to get over their addiction to playing games on a sites that you will never earn real money on. I would also recommend staying away from things that could trigger a backslide like picking up a deck of cards to play a simple game of solitaire. Oh and one other thing since it is almost impossible to live in this world without a credit card or Atm give all of these to a responsible person and when you need to use them have them monitor your spending then give them back and do not save these on any websites. It might be important to sell your computer and do things the old fashion way with a checking account that only has checks attached to it.
