when i logged on to your site, my reward coins said zero. WTF

You guys NEVER read the posts that answer this problem. I submitted a ticket yesterday, and got an immediate reply back that I posted here. VW had a display malfunction. I was told it would possibly be fixed after today's updates, or if it isn't, not to worry. You will get your reward coins on the 1st of April no matter what.

Well it appears that Vegas World got their display of the Monthly Reward Coins. However, It seems that the display hasn't increased since the programming error occurred. I sill have the same amount displayed. How may of you have noticed the same problem?

@Tibs...This is an issue with everybody right now. I submitted a ticket, and they are working on it. I'll let you all know what they have to say when I get an answer.

I logged a ticket a few days ago. They were not sure exactly how the fix was going to occur, but said to notify them if it wasn't right on July 1st. That was fine, but today all my charms are missing and when I try to log a ticket, it never starts a chat

Ok. I finally heard back from customer support about the rewards points. Don't quite understand why they did this...but here's their reply:

On June 19th players received their VIP/Elite Coins from June 1st - June 18th. On July 1st they will get coins from June 19th - June 30th. Nothing has been lost. Just received some of their Coins early.

I wish I had watched closer to my coin amount and pending VIP rewards I had coming when this glitch occurred. I don't think I received any rewards from 6/1-6/18. Should have been almost 40mil. Can anyone verify that they've gotten all the rewards that were due them?

Today (July 1st), you get all your reward coins from June19th-June30th. Scroll up a few posts and you'll see the reply about this from customer service. I got all mine when I logged in today.

Thx Alan, I did see your post, but my concern was that I didn't get the rewards from June/1-18. It was almost 40 mil. I did however get the 15 mil from June 16-30 on July 1st. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now.
