Where's My Coins??
I got an email yesterday that I would get 2X the coins when I log on, but today I am back to the same amount I have been getting before the "Loyalty" messages. What gives??

We expected at least one of the loyalty program features to go wrong, which is why we alerted you all to the possibility before we launched it.
The first day of the Loyalty program, the game awarded everyone far, far, more Coins than they were due. We fixed this, but the fix resulted in fewer Coins than people were expecting, due to a mix-up regarding what Coins actually were to be multiplied. Still more than before, but not enough. This is all sorted out now, properly tested, and the fix will go out this Monday, May 8th.

Same here. All those new changes either aren't working, or we have to activate them somehow.

I asked about the 5x daily reward they told me we will get it at the next update May8 it will be fix by then

I was told the same thing! But its not just the coins it is the extra incentives for buying gems as well. I advised them to consider sending out a email to everyone about the problem. I was told good idea......but don't wait for that email LOL

That info was from a ticket...they know it. Just not letting the people know...and they claiming will be fixed on May 8th download! I already told them as for me I will not renew or buy gems till they get it fixed.
