Support Emails
How many times have you tried to ask support a question and what you get in return is as fallows:
A unrelated Form email and it was marked solved.
The point is if support didn't read the original email how can the issue be solved.
It seems as though they are either trying to avoid the question, support just doesn't know how to answer it, or the are just trying to upset you so you go away.
I thing in some cased it's seem support just doesn't know what's going on or trying to get you to say something wrong.

I think they're trying to tell you that you submitted your question using the wrong forum, and that your question had already been asked before and was solved. It's hard to understand a lot of their replies.

What are you talking about? No one gets gems for completing a level otherwise, we'd all be gem rich.

What makes you think you'll receive 300 gems when you reach a new level? I'm at level 50 and the only thing I ever got for reaching a higher level was a new dance step. Levels are a joke. I don't even dance! LOL

Rarely do these third party gem offer pay. I wouldn't play any game that required me to link it to my Facebook. My account is linked back to VW and I would hate to be hacked.
