  i have won two big jackpots in poker of around six million dollars and right when I win the screen freezes up and I don't get paid my money. also sometimes when I buy chips I don't receive them but my account gets credited.

  I really don't thing you will ever get your 15 million coin's back, due to the fact I've been told that the game collects itself which I don't believe. It addition, I've been told that it is impossible for the game to make mistakes by the people at Vegas World Support too, but they are not sitting in our seats when these errors occur and are working on the same network the game is played on, so they don't see the same issues we do.

  To me it is as they are calling some of us as liars and thieves trying to get over on the system, which some may be.

  If you truly have lost that some of money, I suggest you use "Summit a request" to Vegas World Support at the top right side of this page. I help to have screen shots,  but not necessary.

  In this User Forum, we are all the same players like yourself and can't help you.

  Was  just playing roulette and won on 35/ only 10,000 bet but I did not get paid 360,000. Other players did It's the principle of the matter. This is not the first time this has happened it. Again I think this game is rigged so the high rollers win ALL the time. Please give me my winnings.  Thank you.

  For those who often have this problem, maybe download a programme that allows you to record your screen while you are playing - this way you have proof to submit if you lose coins during an error again. :)
