I got vip gift from my friends for some reason I can not to open them and how to put it on ....keep showing me to deleted I do not one to remove it . Pleas ehelp me so I can put my new outfit on.

  Go to outfits. Click on Custom. 

  Scroll to the bottom and you will see VIP STATUS.

  Click it to activate your VIP card.
