my face on my avatar is mess up and it won't let me do anything so how do i go to the old Vegas world and change it

Hi Shannon,
In what way is it messed up? If you are able to take a screen shot and post a picture of what you are seeing, that may help the staff figure out what is up.
If you are an older player, you may have the option to access the older version of VW via the drop down menu, however newer players do not have this option.
Have you tried:
Refreshing the page
Using a different browser
If this issue continues, perhaps report it in the bug reports section here: https://vegasworld.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200281329-Bug-Reports
Also, if you decide to report it, try using a title that is more informative to the situation - people may ignore a title that says "Hi", as they may not realise your post is asking for help/reporting an issue. :)
