"Looks" page wont load...
I was trying to change my hair, but the "looks" section wont load, and people in the rooms tell me I am headless. When I try to change my avi it wont let me, and also because this is a NEW account (I forgot the email to my other account) it wont let me use the old version of VW, the option to switch is NOT present on the menu, but I promise you I DETEST your updates on this site. So...now I'm headless and scary looking according to everyone else.

btw, customer service doesnt seem to be helping people who called and said they have the same problem...you guys need to get your shit together because the day this crap happened I was going to pay for VIP and everything, but with all these technical issues I dont feel that VW is worth a God damned penny and you admins aren't helpful for shit.

Try refreshing VW, or using a different browser, if still no luck - then submit a Help Request (top right of this page) with details of your issue. :)

Did you create your account/first join VW on the old version, or did you join after the new version had launched?
Players who joined with the new version will not have the option to use the old version.

Darcie I did all of that, 4 different browsers, even tried using both Linux and Windows to use VW.. submitted a help ticket did nothing, and so far people who requested help for the same thing as me got no help. I was gonna pay for VIP but clearly this game isn't worth a God damned penny.

Was your ticket replied to? (check your junk mail on your email account that is linked to your VW), If not do you know what the status of it is? Find out the status by clicking the arrow by the name in the top right corner, then on "my activities", it will show you a list of your requests.
How long ago did you submit a ticket, sometimes they can take a little while to be dealt with.
I'm not that computer savvy, the only other thing I can think of doing is to clear your cache?

Also, if you haven't already, I'd suggest opening a ticket or emailing support@vegasworl.com about recovering your old account/email. I'm not 100% sure that they can help with this, but they may!

Cache's been cleared on both OS that I use, already opened a ticket and got a response to it already. This is the reply I got:
"These are known issues with the avatars and we are working on them. I'm sorry at this time I do not have an eta on when will be fixed.

Hmm, it seems like you've done everything you can do at this time. It also looks as if they are aware of the issue, just don't know when it'll be fixed.
It's annoying, and I wish I could be more help. All I can suggest now is giving it a few more days, and if nothing has changed then try contacting them again.

I've also been speaking to user in-game with this issue, the advice I gave to him was to refresh/reload, try a different browser.
If these things fail, then submit a help request via the button at the top of the screen.
