    TY Fred,     I did check my settings and updated my everything. No help. I called and was told that a lot of customers are experiencing the same thing. No ETA for a fix at this time.

    I am filing on behalf of YouGotMe.  Her avatar cannot be changed.  she is unable to buy gems, etc.  Total profile is not right.  She cannot even access the help line.

    my avatar looks like a stiff when I move her she floats like a vampire I can't change her hair,face or nothing she can't dance,swim,sit or walk I can't even change her clothes what do I do?

    Same problem here! Avatar is also fuzzy and cant change looks nor make motions in poker world.

    Im having the same issues as everyone else. And its getting old fast. I heard yesterday their trying fix things...and nothing.  I've tried every possible thing I could think of..and nothing....Can you tell its pissing me and everyone else off.

    After more research, I am able to look at friends outfit and turn them around but not myself. Also the slowness continues to deteriorate. I've played slots but the wheel is very odd. I've tried several different computers but no help. I've also tries a new free avatar and it's also frozen. Anybody gets any help please let everyone else know. Thanx.

    First try the general trouble shooting techniques:

    Refreshing/logging out and back in/trying a different browser.

    If you are using the NEW version of VW, and if you are able to, then try going back to the OLD version (option on the drop down menu) and see if you still have the issue there.

    (Users created on the NEW version will not be able to use the OLD version).

    If the problem continues, then the best thing to do it to submit a help request ticket, via the "Submit a Request" button on the top right of this page.

    Rosalie, try the following:

    • Reload/Refresh Vegas World
    • Log out and then back in
    • Try using the OLD version of VW (if you can, newer users cannot).
    • Use a different browser

    If the above things so not work, then submit a help request by clicking the "Submit a request" button in the top right corner of this page, and a VW employee will get back to you as soon as they can. :)

    I PLAY ON OLD VERSION SO NO PROBLEMS W MY AV....VW IS AWARE THAT THEY SUCK   BUT CAN'T FIX WHAT THEY BROKE   LOL...NOT ENOUGH INTELLIGENCE THERE

    I am joining the group.  The avatar for ginjayne is not me and I cannot change looks or clothes.  I wrote down phone number that Fred( scroll) gave out and will call Flowplay tomorrow.  I will try to let you al know outcome

    just thought i would let u all know that VW contacted me about the problem we r all having with our avatars. they said i have a bug that they hope they can resolve in  the next several days!!

    I too am having the same problems, Speaking to VW is the same answers We know, WE know We Know. My question is IF you know why not fix ?

    I see each and every Fri Marie in slots comes about that seems to have no issues But we who pay each month etc get answer to our problems called WE KNOW!
