Why treat people on the Old site this way

It is aweful i have been here two years now. I am an elite player. For myself and others also for those that are VIP. The way you are letting things go now so people have to move to the new site. We can't barely get in to a party anymore . And to get in VIP we have to get a group in , We cant get in on our own anymore. No one likes the new site. faces missing , clothes missing on the bodies, poor pictures and graphics. We on the old site pay to be here and should be given a choice of where to stay on . And not to have a choice But choices made for us by making things hard for us to do. I have seen so many people leave VW , Fed up with things the way they are going. People that are here want to stay we enjoy the game.But why purchase gems for parties if we can't even get into them . Please let us have the old VW back as it was. People that want the new can go on it. But at least let us have a choice in the one we want to play on and support.

The old game is a Flash game and Flash will not exist much longer. A new game had to be built (the alternative would be to just close Vegas World.)
I suppose you could make a case for us to build a game identical to the old one, but that's not how we do things. That's not really how any developer does things. You see room for improvement and you make the changes. Not everyone likes the changes, particularly the existing users, but in the long run it's the right call.
As always, specific suggestions on how to improve Vegas World are welcome. We've been so busy redoing the game so it'll keep running next year when Flash finally goes away that a lot of smaller details have not been addressed. That year long process should be about done, and we'll get back to making Vegas World amazing full time once again in 2018.

All joking aside, it has become increasingly difficult to navigate through the old VW. There are times when I can't get into sports book and have to refresh several times. As well, I've noticed that when I post a party, it starts in new VW first. Then about 1 minute later, it starts in old VW. I could go on, but I suspect that the programmers are letting things go in old VW to force everyone to move to new VW.

The original or "old" VW" and all other Flash games will soon NOT be supported by any system. It is an antiquated system that is on it's way out. Had VW not taken the time and spent the money to rewrite every line of the game and eventually all of their games there would be NO more Flowplay games. So thank you for anticipating this industry change and making the necessary expensive and time consuming rewrites to keep us all in the game.

All in the works...I have played FX since it was first introduced knowing the reason for the change I figured I would get used to it early on. The changes and improvements have come fast and hard. Just give it a whirl. Things you may have missed before are now restored. Some minor things will have to wait a little while to achieve perfection. All of these things are known to Flowplay and in their plan. You should relax . You are in very good hands in terms of "fixing" and testing, developing and anticipating industry trends.

I agree with Karen Nader 100% - members should have a choice.
The MAJORITY of members do not care for the new site as it is now. Why doesn't Flow Play ask its members (not just a few select) and get input from them on what they would like to see in a new site rather than forcing things on them that don't work, etc?
Unfortunately we are faced with the fact that Flow Play continues to forget that it is the members that keep Vegas World going!!

Even though I havn't had any problems with the new vw, I agree. We ARE what keeps vw going. The very least they could do is give us a choice.

ONE THING THAT REALLY IRKS ME IS THAT ON THE NEW VW THERE IS NOTHING TO SHOW MY CHARM PAYOUTS ..
