didn't receive party charms tht screen was shadowed lost 300 gems

  Everyone always collects all Charms they pay for.  If you left the party before the Party Charms were awarded, you weren't charged.  There is no chance you or anyone has ever been charged Gems and not collected the Charms you have paid for.  

  Try refreshing your session (signing out and back in again) in case the problem was lag or some other issue prevented the new Charms from being displayed immediately.
