Just a quick query. Some of my friends only get scratch tickets from people on their friends list, but I only get them from random players. Why is that? Not complaining, just wondering. 🙂

When you first sign in each day, any scratch tickets sent to you by friends are cashed in, and the Coins added to your account. Each player can collect Coins from up to 5 scratch tickets per day. If you are sent more than 5 (and most players are) the extras aren't lost. They are stored for the future in case one day you don't get the full 5 sent to you. In that case, we dip into your collection to keep your daily award at the max 5 tickets. Each day, after you collect the Scratch Ticket Coins, you are given the opportunity to send tickets back to all your friends. We recommend this as it's just more free Coins for your friends.
Pixie N Surf, I'm not able to see exactly why you're not receiving Scratch Tickets from your friends. It's likely you have many tickets already stored for you to use each day.
