Tournements
Every day I play a couple slot tournements, yesterday I played 7, 5 of them are 5m fee, all the games I wasnt at the best 20%, place 11 out of 25 is pay 5m even there are not enough players. Today i played 4x 5m tournements in 2 of them i finished at the top 20% in 1 I was even on place 1, the other around place 7....with just 25 min to go ending the game. But today my both wins didnt pay cause the message say not enough players to get a proper result so we refund 2x 5m, why i payed yesterday 5m with not enough players and today on my first place with over 50 players not get my win but a refund?

I'm sorry, but if there weren't enough players in the Tournament, the winnings cannot be paid out. There's not much we can do if players are not entering the Tournaments.

the issue is 1 day VW take 5m when there are only 25 players and the next day refund if there are over 50 players...
