Log in not loading daily gems

When I log on there are two immediate reload notice boxes jump up and no bonus coins or loyalty charms are awarded. Upon reload it proceeds to scratch offs.

  You would still get your daily rewards even if you have to reload the page. These rewards are handled on the Vegas World servers and would be in your totals by the time you reload the page.
