Forced to buy charms!

I am not sure if this is just a me problem since no one else has brought it up... but after I buy a charm... Vegas World keeps asking me if I want to buy a beer when I click the Room Chat button and Whisper Chat button. 

I don't think it's a good idea to get me drunk to be able to chat to people. Unless VW wants to be responsible for what comes out of my avatar.
