WILL NOT LET SEND VIP CARDS TO MY FRIENDS ON HERE.

THE DAMN PAGE FREZZES UP AN WHY WE BUY GEMS IF WE CANT 

 SEND THEM WITHOUT GETTING BOOTED TO SEND OUR FRIENDS A VIP CARD?
