Not being paid bonus

Twice the bonus wasn't added to my account.  This has happened before.

  I was supposed to get the purple heart for being here 1750 and it wasn't added to my board.

  If you receive a Charm from your Daily Rewards, they'll be placed directly into your Charm Manager. Click anywhere on the right side bar where your active Charms are displayed, and this will open your Charm Manager. You'll be able to see all of your stored Charms here.
