upgraded party charms

How do I access more party charms? I see cigars, disco balls, hot dogs, and other charms. I find a limited selection that does not include any of these when scheduling a party.

  The Party Charms you see are determined by the Theme in your Suite. 

  Go into your Suite and select the Themes option at the bottom of the screen. You can then switch to a different Theme, and the Party Charms will change.
