not get all the charms who all my friends got in the same party
I went to a party where 16 yachts gifted, some friends got all 16 yachts, I only got 10 yachts, I noticed it before I not get all yachts, it's not possible to make a picture from my ammount of charms, can VW return me the 6 yachts?

Every time I Log In, I, Lose Several, Charms, from the Bottom, Before I have a chance to do any thing.
Why is this happening.

If a Charm or Charms are not displayed in your Charm manager like you expect it to, it'll be due to one of the following reasons:
-Charms sometimes take a few minutes to appear. If the Charm is not visible immediately after it is purchased, give the game a few minutes, refresh by logging out and back in again, and they will appear.
-Charms are used up. Once used up, Party Favor and Gift Charms just vanish without a trace. Standard Charms (which only exist in Vegas World and Zone Casino) turn into a silhouette and remain in your Charm manager until either sold for 100 Coins (not Gems) or recharged with Gems.
-Getting used up is the only thing that can remove a Charm from the Charm manager. When they are used up and go dark or vanish, all the Coins from that Charm will have been added to your Coin total.

lol I wrote this note 3 minutes after the party, and I refreshed 4 times after the party to see if the shortage of yachts solved after, and no i didnt used yachts in a game, I report it as a BUG costing me 6000 gems for 6 yachts and I get a answer how it should work.
