How do i buy a VIP for a friend using my gems to purchase?

When I click onto the purchase, it shows that I can get a 30 day VIP for my friend for 300 gems but when i click it will only allow me to purchase with my credit card.

  On the gift screen, you would need to scroll to the bottom, and you can purchase the 1 month VIP Pass for 200 Gems.

  I CANT EVEN GET TO THE VIP ON MY GIFT SCREEN

  how come it shows you get 300 gems with the vip membership but only get 200

  You get 200 if you have the monthly subscription. You get 300 if you purchase just one month at a time.
