Why am I not receiving food/drink charms?

When someone buys, for example, a beer for everyone, i don't receive it. I even tried buying myself one and didn't receive it. What can be done to fix this? Please help.

  Did you try refreshing? This usually happens when you are inactive for awhile and the AFK bubble pops up, but I can not understand exactly why it would be doing this. If you refreshed, and it is still doing this let me know.

  RESOLVED - Any player experiences this needs to refresh Vegas World.
