changing status?

How does status from tourist to something else?  Do i have to do it  (and if so where and how) or does the game do it automatically after something is completed?.  If anyone could explain i would be grateful. many thanks

  A Tourist is a non-paying customer, a VIP is a paying customer. If you pay for a subscription, the status will change from Tourist to VIP.

  You CAN'T change from tourist to guest. A guest is a temporary player.
