Scratch off free coins not working?

I couldn't get away from the popup window by clicking "scratch all" or by clicking each individual line. I ended up reloading the page because there wasn't any way out.

  Sorry to be so tardy replying, the scratch coins did work the next day, but then the day after that it didn't work again. Couldn't send scratch tickets, couldn't scratch tickets i received. BUT, in the days following, all has been well. :)
