Blackjack a slot machine or random cards
Hello,
In Las Vegas there is table blackjack, and slot blackjack machines. I have been told by slot tech people working at the casino that the slot blackjack machines are set to pay out at a certain percentage. Thus, the cards are influenced by whether the machine is in a payout mode or not.
Is the same true here ? Are the blackjack tables set at a percentage payout to ensure that coins are always lost overall at the blackjack table ?
It seems to be true, because I can rarely win in blackjack betting 1 mill per hand on every hand. The dealer generally crushes me (wins 35 out of 40 hands sometimes), and it would make sense to me that the blackjack here is a like a slot machine, and it just cannot afford to payout at higher bets if someone hasn't lost enough previously. Of course, I might just be unlucky. Sometimes I can win 5 mill before I get crushed, but eventually, the dealer will win close to 20 hands in a row, and destroy me.
Thanks.
