solitary problems

I won a lot on solitary then they took it away from me even more than I bet. I think if the game has problems we shouldn't be punished. Can we get our coins returned to at least to the amount that we started with I had 14million+ and was dropped to 13 thousand. I wrote a complaint but never got a answer. Thanks
