Refund

That's odd, everything should sync within the server. You don't lose cash if you freeze, and there are no refunds.

If you think this is a problem, you can open up a support ticket or simply email support@vegasworld.com for assistants on this issue.

@Spiral , there are no refunds? Now I just saw in another thread where you told someone to send your request to  support@vegasworld.com and show them their request if they wanted a refund. Which is it huh?

You can try and send a request to support@vegasworld.com or open a ticket on this page. But it's unlikely that you'll get a refund.

Vegas World simply can't refund coins to players each time their browser decides to freeze. Because it's just not game's fault.

    Hi MissGinger,

Vegas World customer support only refunds your coins if it is for sure a bug, if it's not a bug and you're lying, you will receive no refund. For example; when Bingo was broken and sent out on the live server the team refunded all bets that day to compensate.

Sorry about that, I got 2 words at different times :-)

Makefire you must open a Ticket (click on the link on this page that is located in the top right hand corner that says ‘Submit a Ticket’) and inquire there. Very seldom do the FlowPlay Techs respond to issues here as this is a Forum for members to share tips, vent, etc.

When you follow the process of opening a ticket on issues you are having someone will get back to you.

    Hope this helps .....
