i live in ST.Thomas U.S. Virgin ISLANDS and the site tells me that there is no gem offers for my location. why?

I would really love to know why there is no offers for my location. I am in U.S. territory. and I love this game I play for many hours everyday. please help me solve this problem .... thank you vegas world I would be expecting a response
