i can no longer view the Disney videos

Today is Nov 23, and for the last two days the Disney videos come up with a blank box. I did update Java, and thinking that was the cause i uninstalled it, but still cant see the video.

Any suggestions?

  is anyone else having this problem of not being able to view the Disney videos?, if so what can be done to fix it?
