how do i give party passes how do they work?
i need to know how these work and how u give them.

How do I give away party passes?

Go to a person's profile, and click "Send Gift" above their avatar. Scroll down and there you have it. You can gift 5, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 or 2000 Party Passes at once.

How do you activate gift passes

dippy11 The Party Passes you mean? You can use them to enter Charm Parties! 1 Pass = 1 Gem. Just choose which Party you want to attend, and upon entrance pay with the passes!

Is it possible not to receive party passes and substitute them for other charms or gems? I don't use them.

Party Passes are not able to be substituted for other items.
