How do I but/get a ring and send a marriage proposal?

  Go the profile of the person you wish to propose -> Open their About section -> And click "Send Proposal" button under Relationships.

  LovingAngel, 

  Visit the player's Profile, and click on the More option just above their avatar. The option to Send Heart is listed at the very bottom of the pop-up.
