VIP Cashback coin card - Do all bets add to our coin card total?
How do the Coin cards work? Do we only get a certain percent of each bet back on the card? Or does it depend on whether we won anything on any given bet? I don't quite understand how the total is figured.

VW did not pay my cashback as Elite, froze the value 1277500 and threw for another three days without counting. I spent countless gems to increase cashback gains and were not added to the total. Have done this to me several times .... last time, 1 year ago I decided to leave the VW because he was very angry .... they do not keep their promises ... it's all a lie ... I am very angry and disappointed for having trusted them again.

Seems my total has been frozen for a several days. It's not worth renewing if this is going to happen. We're almost at the end of the month and it suddenly stops. I know I spent more this past month than the previous month and I'm getting back a lot less. Something isn't right.
