CAN'T GET TO GAMES

Why i can't get on the site? it only showed WELCOME and that's it.. 

No games at all and can't even get on the games lobby. 

Please help me with this.<<<<<<<< THIS I SENT TO SUBMIT A REQUEST AND HAVEN'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM VW

  I've changed my password and everything bit still can't get on the games.

  I am sending this photo for u to review, this shows up to my screen and that's it.

  Clear your browser cache and flash cache. And then try to log in again.

  To clear your flash cache, go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html and delete anything that says "vegasworld.com" from the list.

  Lhu, make sure you haven't somehow downloaded Websteroids. I managed to do this and was stuck on the Welcome screen, too. I couldn't delete it the usual ways, I had to buy Spyhunter4 to get rid of Websteroids and other nasties that Norton missed. After running Spyhunter I am able to access the games again and my comp is much happier!

  This game is always crashing and I have played for a few years. It is getting worse. I can’t chat or buy party favors without crashing. I have been to the help center to no avail.

  Now it crashes before I can play. What the heck is going on??!! 

  As I read other posts, I am not the only frustrated player.

  Comes up to choosing $$ on bingo and then says to restart....have tried for 3 days now but it won't go any further.
