how do i buy gems with my credit card

Do not how to buy gems.Never had any problem  before

  Hover over your Gem amount in the top right hand corner, then click on Buy with Money

  

   

  Select the amount of Gems you want, and then select which method you would like to use. In this case, you will be clicking on Credit Card

  I wanted to change my credit card ....now I cant purchase any gems my account is turned off
