The player writing this complaint has been getting a 91% return from Bingo for the last 30 days. That's about as bad as I've seen, but not outside a normal result.

Comments like this are frustrating for a couple of reason.  First, we've made no changes to odds of any Vegas World game.  Yes, there is a house edge, but it's not outside the normal sort of edge players can expect from any straight-up casino-style game.  Also, there will always be players who lose. People who spend real money on Vegas World can lose. In order for there to be winners, there has to be losers.

Bingo, which is what this complaint is about, pays out the same each game, based on the total number of players.  Playing the game determines who wins the Coins, but it's the same number of Coins each game. It doesn't matter to us who wins, and have no incentive to rig it.  If you don't win at Bingo,  it means some other player did.  Bingo tends to pay out poorly until you hit an early Bingo. If you end up not hitting one during a session, you can be out a lot of Coins.  When you do hit big in Bingo, the payouts can be quite large.  Solitaire, on the other hand, pays out modest returns, even when you win, but unless you have a disastrous hand, you typically don't lose that much, either.

    • All Vegas World games have a house edge. If you play without Charms, you will lose Coins on average. Players who use Charms start losing when their wagering amounts, and by extension their losses, start exceeding what their their charms can cover.
    • When customers contact us about losing the first thing we do is check their history to if they actually have been losing. Most people who contact us about losses have increased their Coins over the last 30 days.  The players who have actually lost are still lose at a typical rate, usually getting between a 90% to 99% return on their wagers.   It is true that some players legitimately do hit runs of bad luck, but it's just as true that players win Jackpots as well.
    • VIP Membership has no direct impact on the odds of winning.  We don't rig the games in any way, which also means we can't rig them in favor of members or players who purchase a lot of Gems.

The best way to increase your Vegas World Coin total is to use Charms (Charm Party Charms are probably the most effective, overall) and wager moderately enough that your Charms can always cover your losses.  Players you see with huge Coin totals are either unusually lucky or they don't wager amounts large enough that their Charms cannot cover the all of their losses.

    Thanks!
