Why can I not chat or group?

One day i was on Vegas World having fun with my buddies. And all of a sudden the room went blank. It was the room there, everyone but me was gone. I tried grouping but they couldn't. I can't even send emails or whisper chat. this has also happened to my wife. My wife's user: Mymoney12. Suspected hackers user: Buster Cherry

  WHY CAN I NOT CHAT WITH MY FRIEND....WE HAD BEEN DOING IT TILL LAST WEEK AND THEN IT STOPPED
