why is the game not adding "my charms" visit to my score??

for the last 5 nites (a m's) I hqave been goingon th to e free charms and watching the videos

I am not getting my full scores on this.  For example the other nite I watched videos worth 8/3/3/2.. and only got credit for three (3) not right and not fair...

the second nite I watch videos worth 8/5/4/3/2/ and only got credit for Two (2)

the next nite I watched 4/8/3/8/3 onl,y got credit for three (3) 

the following night watch vedio for 8/4/3/3 got zero (0) credits

Tthe  4th nite I watch video for 8/4/3/3/3/3/2 got credits for 8/4/3/3/ not the balance listed

the 5th night was watching again was 8/4/3/3/ only got credit for 4

tonite watched for 8/4/3/3/ so far no emails/credits on these

what gives whyyyyy am I not getting the caredit for these charms??
