Lost gems/ no charms

Went to a party hosted by Glammy. VW took the charms, but I never received anything from the party. Everyone has told me It can't happen. Noone had told me that they checked the party, because they would have found out that it has happened.

  Today , I got my loyalty  gems , but you took 440 gems I had in there !!!!
