VW MAINTAINANCE - Sunday, April 5, 2015

On Sunday, (Easter) April 5, 2015 I signed on. An error message came on
indicating the problem was connecting to VW. I tried again and got the same response. Later that day I tried again and go a page indicating
VW was doing maintenance and not available yet.

On Monday, April 6, I signed on, my daily points was re set to day 1 of a new week and my points were much lower than later part of the week.
For example 37,000 points vs. 187,500 points etc. I am on daily, If I miss a day I realize it does reset, but not because of you maintaining the website. I feel we should not lose our points. Is there anything you can
do about this? Please review and respond.
