  We can't answer your question without posting the account's Email publicly here on the forum. Please create a Help Ticket using the link at the top of this page and we can help you that way. I've already found your missing account and I'm sure we can get you back into it.

  If somebody else is using the account we'll need some evidence that you are the owner. Setting your Email to match the account's security Email is the easiest way to do this. That's only when we're concerned the account isn't yours, which is unusual.
