Debit Master card is locked

I was trying to buy gems for a party 2 nights ago, and I forgot I had a saved card in there. When I entered the information it locked my card up. Now I cannot use it. I am the owner of BOTH cards, but the address is different. PLEASE UNLOCK IT FOR ME!!!
