cant get outfit on

I have a couple outfits I bought and I cant get them on it wont get on my avatar. and then sometimes I get an outfit on and it has bits and pieces of other outfits very annoying. HELP

  ok I get a outfit gifted to med and I have it on I save it bfore I take it off and later I try to put it bacvk on and it says loading but it never come back on me what is the exact way to save it and then recall it what people have told me to do sometimes it works and then It don't. I get so frustrated I could just scream

  can not get a gifted outfit on  wonder if I deleted the message to soon ... only a day ago and cant find it anywhere...is just in gifts
