Videos not delivering gems
When I am here, I like to take breaks to watch some of the videos that come with free gems. Unfortunately, some of them will not deliver the gems. Right now, I have quit watching because I am 7 gems behind what I should have earned and it has been over an hour.
I would like to say that I really DO ENJOY a lot of the videos and even click onto some of the side-links (bringing them up in a separate window so as not to disturb the original gem offer). I've learned quite a lot about applying make-up as well as gotten some ideas as to how to spruce up my house. Thank you for offering such informative videos.

PS - Same thing happened yesterday - several of the videos did not give me my gems although today when I logged in, it said I had mail and there were gem notices ... but according to my count of gems when I left yesterday, I am not sure that I actually got them added to my total. Still, I do enjoy the videos! Being "paid" gems to watch them just adds to the fun! I like your site! I find it very relaxing after a lot of stress. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GOOD JOB!!!

I wanted to share the following info regarding earning free GEMS that I found throughout various articles that Adam C and other Techs of Vegas World posted in Vegas World Support Forum. This information will help you understand how the “free GEM” process works and may eliminate some of the frustration many are going thru in trying to earn free GEMS. Figured since no one from Vegas World is responding to any of the posts about this and to help eliminate some of the frustration out there, decided I would provide it as it truly explains how it works. I have been earning GEMS since I became a member over 3 years ago (have never purchased any) and the ability to continue earning them while I remain a member of the site is very important to me.
Now if only the GEM offers would once again start being available more often that would be great and it finally seems they are S L O W L Y coming back :)
(reminder that all of the below info was taken from articles posted in Vegas World Support Forum; this info is not something I personally generated)
IMPORTANT: Vegas World is not directly affiliated with any of the Free Gem offers. We cannot guarantee the offers will work for you, nor can we provide Gems if they fail.
All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are third party vendors that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.
We provide no support of any kind for the free Gem offers. If they aren't working for you, we cannot explain it. If one or more aren't working for everyone, we'll notice that we're not getting paid and remove the offer.
Players who watch videos and never (or seldom) receive Gems for them may have their browser Privacy settings set too high. Luckily, it's easy to change your settings so you can enjoy Gems from the Vegas World video offers. Following is how to check this on the shown Internet browsers
Internet Explorer
Click the Tools icon in the upper right (looks like a gear) or type (Alt-X)
Select "Internet Options"
Select the "Privacy" Tab
Set the Settings to Medium or "Accept All Cookies".Chrome
Click the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" button in the upper-right of the screen. (Looks like three horizontal lines.)
Select "Settings"
At the bottom of the list, click "Show Advanced Settings"
Under the Privacy header, click "Content Settings"
Under the Cookies header, make sure the "Block Third Party Cookies and Site Data" box is UNCHECKED. If it is checked, videos will not award Gems.Firefox
Click the Firefox tap in the upper-right of the screen.
Select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
Select "Options" (again) from the next menu.
Select the Privacy Tab
Under the "History: Firefox will:" dropdown menu, select "Use Custom Settings for History"
Make sure "Accept Third Party Cookies" is checked. If it is unchecked, you will not be able to earn Gems from videos.0 -
i watch the 3 gem videos only paid 1 gem whats up with that

between yesterday and today i have watched many videos at virool,i estimate at least 30 vids said earn 3gems and they only paid 1gem each. not too happy with this as i rely on gems to attend parties.i see i am not the only one

i just watched 9 videos at 3 gems a piece. I recieved only 1 gem per. something is wrong.

I'M WATCHING VIDEOS FOR 3 GEMS AND IS ONLY GETTING PAID 1 GEM. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND PLEASE PAY ME MY GEMS. THESE VIDEOES BE FOR 5 MIN AND LONGER SOME TIMES WHAT'S THE USE IF THERE NOT PAYING ME FOR WATCHING THEM I AM OWED 12 GEMS.

The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru any of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World will not help with any issues of not receiving GEMS . It is the responsibility of the Member to contact the Partner directly on any GEMS you did not receive.

3rd Party Gem Offers - No Support Available From Vegas World
Vegas World is unable to provide support for any 3rd party Gem offers. Please, keep that in mind when choosing to do any offers, both free and otherwise.

If you believe you have completed an offer and have not received the Gems you were expecting go to the page of the partner who hosted the offer and check the offer status. You'll find that if you haven't got Gems, the status of the offer will be listed as not complete (or pending, or something like that.)

I have been very successful earning all my GEMS since I became a member over 3 years ago and have had the occasional instance wherein I fulfilled the requirements of the GEM offer and did not receive the GEMS. I contacted the Partner directly thru their Offer Page and once I shared the confirmation e-mail I received proving I had fulfilled the offer, the GEMS were awarded to my Account. There were a few wherein I did not fulfill the exact requirements of the Offer but thought I had so make sure to read the info on the offer before participating in it so you don't waste the time doing it as I did.
Something that has helped me a lot is that most of the Partner pages have a 'Support' link or tab; when you click on it it brings up a list of all the offers you have completed, not completed, are pending, etc. The only ones I have found that do not provide this info are the Partners that offer Videos only (JunGroup and Virool - I would stay away from Virool - they seem to be the worse at not paying and when I contacted them they said the issue is on VegasWorld's side not theirs). In the Support are on the Partners page you can also easily contact that partner on GEMS you did not receive. This is the ONY way you are going to get a response on missing GEMS - you gotta follow the process!!!

STILL GETTING PAID 1 GEM WHEN IT SJOULD BE PAYING 3 WHY CAN'T U GUYS FIX THIS PROBLEM I AM NOT GOING TO KEEP WASTING MY TIME WATCHING THEM IF THEY R NOT PAYING OUT WHAT THERE SUPPOSE TO BE PAYING WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME UNBELEIVABLE. THEN THE CHARMS GO SO FAST THEY'RE A WASTE TO.

Same complaint, watch many videos and only receive 1 gem.Often do not get credit for watching at all. I realize it is not Vegas World that is at fault but it is very unnerving . Still very much enjoy playing.

I don't even try watching videos much anymore. I dislike the new format as it seems to have worsened the problem of no promised pay-outs. It also has the disconcerting habit of disconnecting me if I want to explore other sites that are being offered after having watched the video. I preferred the other format much more.
