    i didn't receive the gems from the hedgehog party i attended. I paid my gems to attend bought drinks and other things and didn't get the party charms why?

    I`ve not gotten my gems yet that i bought on 1-5-2016.$50.00 for gems to have fun is great. but when u don`t get them, its not fun anymore.Please I worked very hard for my money and love to play VW. Meet new honest friends and this has happened to them to.No reply from VW yet.

    I checked my activities and it said problem solved. How was it solved. I still have no gems and now my card is invalid cause it was used on VW to pay for the gems. I`m asking for my gems please, my friend is getting married on VW I`m in their wedding and i`m having two partys for them ,but i can`t without my gems. $50,00 viisa to me is alot for nothing in return. Sad Sunshine here.

    I recently bought an Apple iPad and created a character guest 599 ….they had a one time promotion thru Vegas World to receive free 5,000,000 coins with a gem purchase which I bought the 40 gems for $3.49 on my master card. I am not sure how soon these coins and gems will appear on the screen? Can you let me know asap, and this was a one time deal and charge!

    Seem we are all in the SAME boat BUT I for one didn't and will not pay for them. There is way too many problems on here and this is being a huge rip off if you ask me. I was getting Free gems to play with BUT that is not working any longer either. Sorry for those of you would have spent your hard earned money. Looks like no one can reach VW world to help; with this situation. Hmmm maybe BBB can help.

    I wanted to share the following info regarding earning free GEMS that I found throughout various articles that Adam C and other Techs of Vegas World posted in Vegas World Support Forum.  This information will help you understand how the “free GEM” process works and may eliminate some of the frustration many are going thru in trying to earn free GEMS.  Figured since no one from Vegas World is responding to any of the posts about this and to help eliminate some of the frustration out there, decided I would provide it as it truly explains how it works.   I have been earning GEMS since I became a member over 3 years ago (have never purchased any) and the ability to continue earning them while I remain a member of the site is very important to me.

    Now if only the GEM offers would once again start being available more often that would be great and it finally seems they are S L O W L Y coming back :)

     

    (reminder that all of the below info was taken from articles posted in Vegas World Support Forum; this info is not something I personally generated)

    IMPORTANT: Vegas World is not directly affiliated with any of the Free Gem offers.  We cannot guarantee the offers will work for you, nor can we provide Gems if they fail.

    All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are third party vendors that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.

    We provide no support of any kind for the free Gem offers. If they aren't working for you, we cannot explain it. If one or more aren't working for everyone, we'll notice that we're not getting paid and remove the offer.

     

    Players who watch videos and never (or seldom) receive Gems for them may have their browser Privacy settings set too high. Luckily, it's easy to change your settings so you can enjoy Gems from the Vegas World video offers. Following is how to check this on the shown Internet browsers

    Internet Explorer

    Click the Tools icon in the upper right (looks like a gear) or type (Alt-X)
    Select "Internet Options"
    Select the "Privacy" Tab
    Set the Settings to Medium or "Accept All Cookies".

    Chrome

    Click the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" button in the upper-right of the screen. (Looks like three horizontal lines.)
    Select "Settings"
    At the bottom of the list, click "Show Advanced Settings"
    Under the Privacy header, click "Content Settings"
    Under the Cookies header, make sure the "Block Third Party Cookies and Site Data" box is UNCHECKED. If it is checked, videos will not award Gems.

    Firefox

    Click the Firefox tap in the upper-right of the screen.
    Select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
    Select "Options" (again) from the next menu.
    Select the Privacy Tab
    Under the "History: Firefox will:" dropdown menu, select "Use Custom Settings for History"
    Make sure "Accept Third Party Cookies" is checked. If it is unchecked, you will not be able to earn Gems from videos.

    FloridaGurl  don't think it is my settings since I did last year no trouble receive free gems for a few months no trouble. The last few months however is the problem...as I said many times before.....blank screens...video's wont load......or they say sorry no free offers!

    Hi Morningmist.  Fortunately I have not experienced what you are but have heard many are.  My post was mainly to let people know that Vegas World has indicated they have nothing to do with the Partners who provide 'free' GEMS so people who are not getting GEMS need to be aware they should be reporting to the Partner and not Vegas World which  is probably why Vegas World techs are not responding to all the complaints about not getting GEMS (not that I agree that is right as I think some sort or reply from one of the Techs is deserved by all).  In the past I have done a few large GEM offers wherein I never was awarded the GEMS and once I contacted the partner and was able to share with them the e-mail I got confirming I participated in the offer, the GEMS were awarded.  For the smaller GEM offers for the most part they are awarded within a minute or so.

    I am not sure what is going on since the new year started as the GEM offers are very minimal and then others, such as yourself, are getting blank screens or nothing will load.  While it is probably not the problem checking your security setting can't hurt as things to change with the upates, etc.  When I came across that post on the site thought it was worthwhile info to share as it may haelp some.

    I do hope the issues you (and others) are experiencing get fixed soon; curious to know if you opened a Ticket on it what type of response you got?

    I bought 150 gems twice and did not receive them!! I wrote you through Paypal because they were ones who paid for them. You never responded. And although I love this site, you just hiked your prices to absolute ridiculous sky high prices. I would have kept playing and buy gems even though I didn't  get them TWICE. But now this is just stupid and your extremely greedy.

    Very disappointed player.

    LOVE VEGAS BUT TWICE BROUGHT 150 GEMS WAS CHARGED NEVER RECIEVED THEM PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP FOR WHAT TO BE RIPPED OFF DID SURVEYS NO GEMS OWED 500 GEMS AND VEGAS WORLD NEVER MAKES GOOD AND CORRECTS THIS WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN VEGAS WORLD OTHER SITES ARE BETTER THEY CORRECT AND GIVE YOU YOUR GEMS AND WHATEVER YOU BUY COME ON VEGAS YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF MONEY FROM PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT CORRECT THIS.
